To enable the ForceFormReload registry key functionality, follow these steps:
Start Registry Editor.
Click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook
On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry value
Value : ForceFormReload
Data Value : Reg_Dword
Value Data : 1
Quit registry
Start Registry Editor.
Click the following key in the registry:
