How to connect Canon Copier to Universal Print

1) Network Settings > TLS Settings

Set and enable the following:

Maximum Version: TLS 1.3

Minimum Version: TLS 1.2

Encryption Algorithm:

AES-CBC (256-bit)

AES-GCM (256-bit)

Key Exchange Algorithm: ECDHE

Signature Algorithm: RSA

HMAC Algorithm: SHA384

Specify Allowed Versions

Maximum Version :  TLS 1.3  TLS 1.1  TLS 1.2  TLS 1.3
Minimum Version :  TLS 1.2  TLS 1.1  TLS 1.2  TLS 1.3

Algorithm Settings

Encryption Algorithm :	AES-CBC (256-bit)  AES-CBC (128-bit)  AES-GCM (256-bit)  AES-GCM (128-bit)  3DES-CBC  CHACHA20-POLY1305
Key Exchange Algorithm :	RSA  ECDHE  X25519
Signature Algorithm :	RSA  ECDSA
HMAC Algorithm :	SHA1  SHA256  SHA384

2) Restart Printer

3) Network Settings > Settings for Universal Print

The only thing you need to enter is Printer Name and Application ID : f9fc375c-c7ba-4e5c-b213-23affd792cc1, everything else is by default "Initial Settings"

Printer Name :		(Max 32 characters)
Application ID :		(Max 36 characters)
Microsoft Entra ID Authentication URL :		(Max 1024 characters)
Microsoft Entra ID Registration URL :		(Max 1024 characters)

4) Network Settings > Settings for Universal Print

Click "Register"

Registration Status

Click [Register] and register the device using the URL for registration. To display the latest registered information, click the update icon for [Last Updated].

Registration Status :	Not Registered

5) You might have to disable IPv6
