AppData path might be wrong.
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\AppData is listed as "%APPDATA%"
I changed it to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming
